OmniCraft ("we", "our", "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our Service.

2. Information We Collect

Information You Provide

• Images: Photos you upload for processing
• Email Address: For order confirmations and delivery
• Canvas Orders: Your name, shipping address and email, to print and deliver the canvas you ordered. We keep a record of the order (not the address) for our accounts
• Canvas Waitlist: If you ask us to tell you when canvas prints open, your email and the size you picked. We use it for that one message only, then delete it
• Guide Emails: If you ask us to email you your guide, we use your address to send that one email and don't keep it
• Payment Information: Processed securely by Stripe (we do not store card details)
• Feedback: If you tell us how your guide or painting went, we keep your answer and note with the guide's level of detail and number of steps, not your photo

Automatically Collected Information

• Usage Counts: Anonymous daily tallies of what happens on the site, such as how many guides were made, opened in Paint mode or finished. A tally doesn't include who you are, your IP address or your browser, and no cookie is set for it. If you came from a link that names where it was posted (such as TikTok), that place is counted too; your browser keeps it for that tab only
• Device Information: Browser type, operating system
• IP Address: For security and fraud prevention

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Process your uploaded images and generate paint-by-numbers guides
• Process payments and deliver your purchases
• Send order confirmations and download links
• Improve our Service and develop new features
• Prevent fraud and ensure security
• Comply with legal obligations

4. Image Storage and Retention

Uploaded Images: Your uploaded images are stored to make your painting guide. They are automatically deleted 30 days after you upload them.

Generated Content: Your paint-by-numbers guides are stored for 30 days so you can come back to them, then deleted along with your image. Download the PDF to keep a guide longer.

Shared Guides: If you share a guide, anyone with its link can see the guide and your photo until they're deleted. The link's preview shows your photo beside the finished painting.

No Training: We do not use your images to train AI models without explicit consent.

5. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:

• Stripe: For payment processing
• Prodigi: Our print partner, to print and ship a canvas you order (your name, address and the print)
• Cloud Providers: For hosting and processing (Amazon Web Services, Modal)
• Legal Authorities: When required by law

6. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (HTTPS), secure payment processing through Stripe, and limited access to personal data. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.
